Crosswest Capital, in partnership with Copper Beech Real Estate Capital, has acquired an Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) Maintenance Facility located in Nazareth, PA. The Property is located within the Lehigh Valley industrial market, with access to Route 22 and Interstate 78. The site includes two maintenance facilities, totaling 25,000 sf, and is situated on 10.3 acres, providing functionality for maintenance, light manufacturing, and outdoor storage uses. Crosswest Capital, in partnership with Copper Beech Real Estate Capital, has acquired an Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) Maintenance Facility located in Carlisle, PA. The Property has immediate access to, and frontage along Interstate 81. The site includes a 20,000 sf drive-through maintenance facility with six drive-in doors, and is situated on 6.0 acres.
