Crosswest Capital acquires IOS Warehouse in Chicago, as first investment in discretionary fund

Crosswest Capital, in partnership with Copper Beech Real Estate Capital, has acquired a low-coverage warehouse facility located in Chicago, IL as the first investment in CBC Partners Fund II, a fully discretionary fund targeting functional Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) assets throughout the United States. 

The Property is located within infill Chicago, with access to Interstate 55, multiple intermodal rail facilities, and downtown Chicago. The site includes a 90,166 sf warehouse that has 11 dock high doors and 5 drive-in doors, and is situated on 6.8 acres, providing efficient loading and excess parking. Joe Horrigan, of CBRE National Partners, facilitated the transaction.  

CBC Partners Fund II follows the successful acquisition of twelve assets equity via a programmatic joint venture, and the final close is expected to occur at the end of the calendar year.
