Crosswest Capital acquires IOS Maintenance Facility in the Lehigh Valley

Crosswest Capital, in partnership with Copper Beech Real Estate Capital, has acquired an Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) Maintenance Facility located in Nazareth, PA. The Property is located within the Lehigh Valley industrial market, with access to Route 22 and Interstate 78. The site includes two maintenance facilities, totaling 25,000 sf, and is situated on 10.3 acres, providing functionality for maintenance, light manufacturing, and outdoor storage uses. Steven Bentolila, of Bento Property Group, facilitated the transaction.
