Crosswest Capital acquires IOS Maintenance Facility in Central Pennsylvania

Crosswest Capital, in partnership with Copper Beech Real Estate Capital, has acquired an Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) Maintenance Facility located in Carlisle, PA. The Property has immediate access to, and frontage along Interstate 81. The site includes a 20,000 sf drive-through maintenance facility with six drive-in doors, and is situated on 6.0 acres. Jason Grace and Darren Smith of Landmark Commercial Realty facilitated the transaction. The facility is available for lease.
